Retoucher
We're looking for a retoucher who can take 25–40 raw property images and return them as a polished, listing-ready set inside 24 hours. Strong colour work, clean sky replacements, careful local adjustments. You'll know your way around Lightroom and Photoshop well enough that you don't need to ask.
What we needA portfolio of property or interiors retouching. A turnaround you can hold. References from a previous studio or agency.

Run our Instagram and TikTok. Plan content from existing shoot work, write captions, post on schedule, engage with agents, hosts and interiors brands. We don't need a strategist — we need someone who can ship consistently and write well.

Diary, inbox, shoot scheduling, client follow-ups, supplier coordination, light bookkeeping. You'll be the operational backbone of the studio while the founder shoots.
What we needPrevious PA or studio coordinator experience. Calm under pressure. Comfortable with Notion, Stripe, Gmail and a shared calendar.
