Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you book Adrielle Haus. Last reviewed May 2026.
These terms govern all photography, video, drone, floor plan and content services delivered by Adrielle Haus ("we", "us") to the booking party ("you", "client"). By confirming a booking you accept these terms in full.
1. Bookings & confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once we have issued written confirmation by email with the date, address and scope of work. Provisional dates held without confirmation may be released without notice.
2. Cancellations & rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the shoot are free of charge. Within 48 hours, a 50% fee applies to cover the held slot. No-shows are charged at full booking value. Rescheduling is free where availability allows.
3. Access & site readiness
The client is responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property, with surfaces clear, lights working and the property in shoot-ready condition. Where the property is not ready and rescheduling is required on the day, the cancellation fee in section 2 applies.
4. Delivery & revisions
Standard delivery is 48 hours from shoot day. Rush delivery is available on request and quoted separately. One round of minor revisions is included on video and floor-plan deliverables.
5. Usage rights & licensing
Copyright in all delivered work remains with Adrielle Haus. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered work for the marketing of the photographed property across listing portals, your website, social media, brochures and print. Re-licensing for unrelated properties, third-party sale or stock distribution requires our prior written consent.
6. Portfolio & case-study use
We may use delivered work in our portfolio, website, social media and case studies. If you require confidentiality, request this in writing before the shoot.
7. Payment
Invoices are raised on delivery on 7-day payment terms. Recurring agency clients are billed monthly. Late payment incurs statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
8. Liability & insurance
We hold full public liability and professional equipment insurance. Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the value of that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
