What's guaranteed
Every first shoot with Adrielle Haus is covered. If the final delivered images don't meet the brief we agreed before the shoot, you don't pay — or we reshoot, your call.

How to claim
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. One short email to studio@adriellehaus.com flagging which images failed and why. We respond inside 24 hours.

What we'll do
Reshoot at no cost (booked within 14 days), or full refund of the shoot fee. No questions, no clawback, no 'credit toward next time' nonsense.
Fine print
- — Applies to first bookings only. Returning clients are covered by our standard 7-day re-edit guarantee.
- — Doesn't cover access issues on the day caused by the client (locked-out, no key, missed appointment).
- — Doesn't cover scope creep — additional services not agreed in the original brief.
- — Drone weather cancellations are always free and rescheduled, not refunded.
