Adrielle Haus ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our booking process. We operate in the United Kingdom and comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us — your name, email, phone number, business name, property address, shoot date and any project details — when you request a quote, book a shoot, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for site analytics and security.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, confirm and deliver shoots, raise invoices, send delivery links, and — only with your consent — send occasional studio updates. We never sell, rent or trade your personal data.

3. Lawful basis

We process your data under contract (to deliver the services you book), legitimate interest (to run and improve the studio) and consent (for marketing communications). You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Sharing & processors

We share data only with trusted processors who help us run the business — including Formspree (form submissions), our email provider, our invoicing platform, and our cloud delivery host. All processors are bound by data-processing agreements compliant with UK GDPR.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months. Client and billing records are retained for 6 years to meet HMRC requirements. Delivered image libraries are archived for 12 months after final delivery, unless extended storage is agreed.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email studio@adriellehaus.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a revised date.
