All of London and Hertfordshire is included in the headline price. Travel beyond the M25 is quoted separately — usually £0.45/mile and any parking.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the shoot. Within 48 hours, 50% of the fee applies to cover the held slot. Weather cancellations for drone or exterior work are always free and rescheduled.
First-time clients: 50% deposit on booking, balance on delivery. Returning agency and hospitality clients: net-14 invoicing as standard.
